Tell us your career path before you were in TA

Before I joined Recruitment and TA, I worked as a Sales Manager in Catering Equipment.

From your personal experience what's the best thing about being in talent acquisition?

It’s a unique blend of strategy, psychology, matchmaking, and impact. Changing lives and building the future of a Company at the same time.

Since you've been in TA, how have you seen it change?

The biggest change in my mind is that now it's a competition between Companies for the best talents now. Some years ago - it was a competition between candidates for the best place of work.

How do you see AI impacting the future of talent acquisition?

The impact is immense, even now it's a great tool for process optimisation, bias reduction. Recruiters will be more of Talent Advisors: strategic, more focused on candidate experience, employer branding, and Hiring Manager partnerships.

What advice would you give to job seekers today?

Think like a Hiring Manager: If I were hiring for this role, what would I need to see to say YES?”

Adaptability, Learning and problem-solving are very appreciated and valued. The world is changing fast - show that you are changing with the same speed.
