Tell us your career path before you were in TA

I was working as a recruiter for a small recruitment agency focused on hiring IT professionals


From your personal experience what's the best thing about being in talent acquisition?

Helping people find their dream jobs and see them thriving in the company


Since you've been in TA, how have you seen it change?

Companies are starting giving talent acquisition more value. We are becoming strategic advisors for the success of the company. A lot of value has been given to providing a better candidate experience.


How do you see AI impacting the future of talent acquisition?

AI will help make our job easier by automating simple tasks that take time to what's the most important for us: the human touch.


What advice would you give to job seekers today?

Ask questions during the interviews; show interest in the company from the start; reach out directly to the hiring managers if you think you are a good fit; don't stop networking and being updated on the latest trends in your industry even if you are still out of work.
