Main Areas of Role

This role sits within the Global Client Success team, working predominantly for the UK, with scope to support EMEA/US clients as needed.

The three main focus areas of the Programmatic Account Manager:

Providing tag-up and set-up support to programmatic agency trade desks inc reporting
Providing managed services for clients where necessary, direct and programmatic
Insights and full campaign reporting

What does this person’s profile look like?

The PAM will ideally have experience from an agency, tech player, DSP, or even an ATD and therefore have experience of:

· Agency Trade desks

· DSP functions & features

· Publisher set-ups and SSP deal iDs

· Providing front-line communication and programmatic support for any type of campaign query

· Optimisation against performance KPIs, driving outcomes for client and Cavai

· Qualitative and Quantitative reporting and analysis across insights and metrics throughout the campaign lifecycle

What value can they bring to Cavai?

The role has a huge responsibility in ensuring agency ATD relationship success as well as the success of campaign outcome on full-managed services. The right person will also be able to help grow the relationships with agencies, clients and publishers.

What are their duties/responsibilities?

Helping ATDs tag-up the formats (implementation of click macros and trackers)
Helping agencies set-up for delivery success of our formats in the DSP
Helping trouble-shoot programmatic delivery issues
Providing tags for publishers for custom set-up (SF, Non-SF, 1x1 load or positioning out of adhesive real-estate
Managing planning, buying, delivery and optimisation of managed-service campaigns
Quantitative and Qualitative reporting and analysis across in-flight and end-of-campaign
Utilising and supporting our Delivery and Solution Partnerships through testing and set up on campaigns
Supporting the wider Client Success team on Client Success initiatives and partnerships
