- Campaign Management:
- Build, drive, and optimize successful DSP, Search + (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc) omnichannel marketing campaigns within the commerce media ecosystem to meet and exceed goals for a full roster of eCommerce clients
- Proactively and independently develop sophisticated omnichannel commerce media strategies to drive success tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of a variety of commerce media platforms, and proactively educate clients and account team members on program updates and benefits as they occur
- Maintain annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms applicable for book of business
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Proactively and independently assess and diagnose omnichannel opportunities for improvement, and effectively implement changes that will ensure sustainable achievement of growth, retention, and profitability targets of your clients
- Identify new marketing opportunities and methods to repurpose existing strategy to optimize brands’ awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms
- Achieve Same Store Growth targets of clients you manage
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Communicate omnichannel strategy behind your clients’ KPIs by confidently interpreting trends, leveraging cross-channel data/insights and making recommendations based on digital marketing analytics and the broader commerce media landscape
- Collaboration:
- Spearhead innovative thought leadership across the broader commerce media landscape, advance agency best practices, and contribute insights internally and externally
- Actively coach, mentor, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members of various specialties and experience levels on joint accounts where you serve as lead
- Act as holistic business account lead for applicable book of business, leading account team peers to drive accountability, cross-channel synergy, and streamlined execution
- Client Communication:
- Ability to intuitively and successfully tailor client-facing communication and presentations based on audience, client personality, c-level executive attendance, internal/external goals and client’s holistic business objectives
- Foster rapport with premier clients on the phone, over email, and in person (as needed) to cultivate a strong working relationship with executive-level clients and partners
- Drive forward omni-channel client relationships striving for Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% of above
Professional Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in commerce media, paid eCommerce, senior media planning roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $500k+
- Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc.
- Skai, Analytic Index, and Helium10 experience preferred
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
The hiring salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
