As the Display Strategist you will own the following responsibilities:
- Working in conjunction to provide strategic media plans, holistic recommendations and top quality services to some of Tinuiti’s largest clients
- Responsible for day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and project management of digital media plans
- Supporting and training junior team members on managing campaigns within DSPs and buying platforms
- Assist in preparing & auditing all client facing reporting and insights
- Learn & gather information on industry trends & competitive reporting
- Nurture & maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate internally with Cross Channel Account Managers, ranging from Paid Search to Paid Social, to create cohesive recommendations and holistic digital performance results for clients as one team
- Assist senior leadership and Business Development team in planning of new business and maintaining
Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital media planning & buying experience with a focus on direct response marketing goals
- 3-5 years of hands-on-keyboard experience in a DSPs (demand-side-platform) such as but not limited to The Trade Desk and/or DV360, Google Ads experience a bonus
- Interest in being a part of a dynamic division with hands on approach to all phases of the media process
- Experienced with DSPs, Networks and Site Direct Buys
- Experience managing campaigns with GDN
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
- High level of comfort with quantitative concepts and solid understanding of incrementality testing, in-channel and cross-channel measurement solutions and best practices (ex: MMM, ghost bidding, conversion lift)
The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
