We’re hiring a Digital Excellence Executive to work on a hybrid basis from our Manchester or Leeds office.
Role Purpose
This role is a unique opportunity to work as part of Dentsu Digital’s Accelerators, within the Excellence team. Our team collaborates with digital stakeholders across all specialisms to ensure they have access to best-in-class, hyper efficient, AI-driven processes and that their campaigns consistently meet Best Practice standards. The Digital Excellence Executive will primary be responsible for the delivery of Golden Rules checks across our key clients, along with completion of audits for Paid Social accounts, with a view to extending their auditing support to other specialisms (channels)
Key responsibilities
- Golden Rules – Conduct weekly auditing checks across multiple markets for Tier 1 clients using various platforms and tools. Follow strict audit procedures, document results, and ensure errors or failed checks are communicated clearly to channel specialist teams for correction. Support client-facing audits monthly, ensuring Tier 1 markets achieve 100% compliance.
- Auditing – Conduct audits as requested by the Paid Social team, following predefined processes and documentation. These audits support client retention, new business pitches, account investigations, and overall performance and hygiene improvements. As additional channel specialism audits are developed, you will also be responsible for supporting their implementation and execution.
Additional Responsibilities
- Best Practices – Support the establishment, implementation, and governance of best practices across dentsu Digital specialisms
- Essential Processes – Assist the Digital Excellence leadership in defining, optimising, and governing adherence to essential processes such as pacing checks, QA and Power Hour
- Ways of Working – Collaborate with the Digital Excellence team to define, implement, and improve operational ways of working across multiple channel specialisms. Focus areas include communication and collaboration, process standardisation, tool and technology adoption, decision-making frameworks, and overall team productivity.
- Automation – Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and processes within dentsu Digital. Leverage available tools and technology to reduce channel specialists time spent on repetitive work, minimise errors, and enhance end-to-end workflows. Develop bespoke and scalable automation solutions that can be integrated into channel best practices.
Skills/Qualifications
- Paid Social Expertise – Strong background in Paid Social activity with hands-on account support/management experience.
- Data & Spreadsheet Proficiency – Confident skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Attention to Detail & Risk Reduction – Commitment to minimising errors and ensuring high-quality output in all work.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated – A strong sense of ownership and initiative in tasks and responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.
- Communication & Presentation – Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and train others effectively.
