Reporting to the Director- Emerging, the Emerging Client Partner will support the day-to-day relationship management, growth, and strategy on assigned accounts. In this role, the Client Partner will act as a trusted partner to our clients, maintaining open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of projects, issues, and resolutions. The Client Partner will prepare and deliver consistent performance status reports to clients ensuring they are able to address and resolve client concerns or disputes. This incumbent will work to develop and execute strategies to retain and grow client accounts utilizing analysis of client requirements and preferences. This person will maintain vertical and channel knowledge relevant to the accounts in their purview and be able to apply knowledge of new industry developments as they service clients. They will have a strong understanding of their clients’ KPIs, and take a data driven approach to identify and execute strategies that will be most effective in delivering results.
As an Emerging Client Partner you will:
Deliver excellent client service and business growth:
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth on accounts under your purview
- Create, maintain, and execute on account plans across multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions
- Provide white-glove strategic services, acting in an AoR capacity
- Broaden and deepen client relationships with day-to-day points of contact
- Develop an understanding of the clients’ key business and challenges
- Clearly demonstrate to clients how the account strategy delivers on the business need, with a focus on results and measurement
- Provide the client with knowledge and expertise to speak confidently about the overall strategic direction where required
- Maintain working knowledge of all client verticals and channels
- Collaborate with Tinuiti teams on client delivery and growth:
- Work with internal stakeholders to positively contribute to client work
- Pursue and suggest cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate on major pursuits with leadership and assigned Closer to bring the best of Tinuiti to those opportunities
KPIs:
- Average client satisfaction (cNPS) score on assigned accounts
- Account churn
Qualifications:
- Experience managing accounts in a digital media agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully working on multiple large accounts and media channels
- Ability to build relationships with client decision makers
- Knowledge of media channels, performance and KPIs (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, or Amazon Ads)
- Track record of growing and retaining assigned accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort interacting with and presenting with client stakeholders on a regular basis

RevShare Based:
The hiring base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
