Job Description
The Internal and Integrated Communications professional (Senior Associate) will be part of a dynamic and multi-faceted Marketing & Communications team that is enabling Publicis Sapient’s accelerated growth in India, as the company continues its market leadership in digital business transformation across the world. This role requires, besides expertise in creating impactful internal communication assets, coordination and collaborations across multiple teams and functions in India as well as alignment with the global Marketing & Communications community. This role will be specifically responsible for running a couple of our ongoing internal programs/campaigns, end-to-end, with the necessary support from the team.
Key Responsibilities-
Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to, Leadership communications, end-to-end management (curation & publication) of Internal Newsletters, Leadership & Employee forum management (content + logistics), Operational communications, CSR communications, and People Engagement communications.
1. Create impactful communication assets (written and visual such as infographics) to connect with a widely distributed and even remote workforce in India.
2. Partner with key business functions (Industries & capabilities) and enabling functions such as HR, DEI, CSR, Facilities, Safety & Security in order to run large-scale India-wide programs – internal as well as integrated.
3. Understanding of organizational strategy and goals and their alignment to marketing & communications objectives, and thereby use this knowledge to create effective communications and engagement programs
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. Excellent command over the English language and passion for the written word
2. Excellent verbal (spoken) communication skills
3. Practical knowledge of and experience in using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Bria, DALL-E, etc. to create content efficiently and at speed
4. Practical knowledge of and experience in integrated communications essentials, including audience analysis, audience user journey mapping, communication planning, message development for online/offline comms. channels in the service of supporting business goals
5. Project management skills
6. Knowledge and experience in creating videos, using tools such as canva is preferred, but not mandatory
7. Understanding of existing and emerging trends in communications and social media, branding aligned to business and people goals
8. Familiarity with content management tools and other technical skills
Qualifications
Education: University degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience: Between 6 – 8 years’ experience in internal communications or marketing communications roles, with experience of integrated communications, in a large, complex global organization
Relationships:
Will work closely with India Marketing and India Internal Communications as well as in synch with Global Mktg.
External Relationships: Third-party vendors, suppliers, creative agencies
