What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver net retention and growth:
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth on accounts under your purview ○ Create, maintain and execute on account plans across multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions
- Broaden and deepen client relationships with day-to-day points of contact
- Develop deep understanding of the clients' key business and challenges
- Clearly demonstrate to clients how the account strategy delivers on the business need, with a focus on results and measurement
- Drive the development of cross-channel media plans
- Arm the client with knowledge and expertise to speak confidently about the strategic direction where required
- Maintain working knowledge of client verticals and channels
- Deliver innovative thinking that inspires leading edge solutions and award-winning work ○ Collaborate with the Pod Leader to make allocation recommendations across media channels
- Collaborate with the Pod Leader to identify opportunities to grow # of Tinuiti solutions ○ Pursue and close cross-sell opportunities
KPIs:
- Average client satisfaction (cNPS) score on assigned accounts
- Account churn

Requirements:
- Experience managing accounts in a digital media agency environment with specific emphasis in paid search and paid social
- Proven track record of managing across multiple accounts and multiple media channels
- Ability to build relationships with client decision makers
- Knowledge of media channels, performance and KPIs
- Track record of growing and retaining assigned accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort interacting with and presenting with client stakeholders on a regular basis

RevShare Based:
The hiring salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
