What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for setting the direction of, and providing oversight for, Measurement Strategy for all assigned clients and being an SME and thought leader for all measurement-related communications, projects, and deliverables.
- Oversee internal teams in the interpretation of MMM and Incrementality test results for defining and recommending our clients' appropriate media mix
- Oversee data-driven analyses and analytics projects aimed at driving our clients’ media and business outcomes
- Work with performance data via media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), analytics systems (e.g., GA, Adobe), and especially advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing) to deliver insights that optimize our clients’ media investment allocations
- Be an expert on analytics tools and offerings including keeping up to date with industry trends, services, and technologies
- Work frequently with business development team by joining pitches, helping create presentations for both existing and prospective clients, and educating internal teams on analytics services as needed
- Accountable for building, maintaining, enhancing client analytics POC/team relationship(s) and executing best practices to define optimal ways of working.
- Drive trainings and discussions about common client requests, and relevant new tools and technologies.
- Run prioritization of clients based on needs and strategic importance to the company. Delegate client work throughout the analyst team (and possibly managers).
- Develop standardized processes and collateral to help streamline requests and new client work
- Plan and execute plan for developing the analyst team (and possibly managers) through exposure, training, and ongoing support. Lead development of training materials at direction of senior members of the team.
- Drive thought leadership via sharing expertise in the public arena via blog posts, webinars, etc.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of digital marketing analytics experience, with 4+ years of team management experience and/or Master’s degree in Business (or a related quantitative field).
- Expert knowledge of media and all digital channels: how channels function and how they work together, metrics that matter, common terminology, etc. (SEM, SEO, Social, OTT, etc.) and expertise across various verticals (DTC Retail, CPG, B2B, etc.) and conversion types (e-commerce, lead gen, in-store purchases)
- In-depth understanding of incrementality testing outputs to inform MMM models, create media recommendations, and inform clients’ experimentation roadmap.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with statistical packages a plus but not required
- Significant experience working with media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), analytics systems (e.g., GA, Adobe), and advanced measurement tools/methodologies (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing)
- Experience in augmenting ROI measurement with business and financial concepts (margin, COGS, NPV, LTV, etc.) and a strong command of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, Chi-squared tests, etc.
- SQL experience a plus
- Significant experience and proven track record in a client-facing role, with up to 20% travel to Tinuiti offices, client meetings, etc.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $100,000 - $120,000 plus performance bonus of up to 10%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
