THE ROLE SUMMARY
A great opportunity for an experienced ad ops specialist to join one of the most exciting out-of-home TV/AV network in the UK. C-Screens play a vital role in delivering top-class video content and advertising campaigns across some of the largest UK landowners. Our portfolio will enable the successful candidate to work across our diverse TV channels including Shopping Centres, Football Stadiums, Pharmacies, Powerleague and our Summer and Winter Live events amongst many more. The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to a high standard, enabling them to manage the campaigns’ execution and success. The candidate will need to manage/schedule relevant TV content ensuring each bespoke audience is entertained and engaged with the screens.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and schedule TV out-of-home campaigns using various CMS and video player systems including CScreens’ own CPlayer
- Advertising inventory supply and demand management of individual TV channels
- Working closely with the Adops Execs to produce insightful post-campaign reporting with good understanding of clients and the sales teams’ expectations and requirements.
- To oversee media bookings and manage the campaign pipeline.
- To recommend campaigns strategies and optimal campaign delivery plan
- Apply multiple sources of data, optimising campaigns for best campaign performance.
- To process and analyse campaign data and produce actionable improvements.
- Forecasting data such as footfall, audiences and impact delivery,
- Manage rollout of new ad formats
- Lead programmatic delivery and growth with the sales director. Management and implementation of VAST tags
- Provide support for ad-player installation & audience tracking management.
- Participate in ad effectiveness research projects
- Renew and record keeping audience data across various TV channels and propose on audience strategy
KEY COMPETENCIES
· 5+ year’s experience working in an adops role in TV advertising space is a bonus
· Strong cross-departmental communication

· Experience with launching/bringing new products to market.
