About the Role ...
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing and collaborating closely with the Head of the AdtechPlatform business, as a Product Marketing Lead, you will lead product marketing for Scope3’s Adtech Platform and Publisher customers, working closely with product management, marketing and commercial teams to bring products to market and craft messaging and content that drives demand while strengthening Scope3’s position as a leader in the decarbonization of digital advertising.
In this pivotal role, you will help us build better products and sell them more effectively, while promoting a shared internal understanding of customer and market needs. You are a natural cross-functional collaborator and skilled in bringing customer voice into product development and messaging. You understand and can communicate complex Programmatic Advertising and Supply Path Optimization concepts and how it drives business outcomes. You are creative and results-oriented in your approach to marketing and sales readiness and are equally capable in strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities ...
- Product Expertise: Establish deep expertise of Scope3’s platform and products and the value they provide our partners. Use this knowledge to inform product development and craft high-impact messaging that drives demand and product adoption.
- Customer Expertise: Establish a strong understanding of Scope3 customers, and use your expertise to bring a customer-value lens to everything we do
- Go-To-Market: Develop and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new products
- Sales Readiness: Equip commercial teams with the tools and training to be successful including sales pitches, assets and messaging.
- Content: Create and co-develop content that advances Scope3’s in-market positioning goals, including thought leadership, education and research.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to create and execute marketing programs that support Scope3’s revenue goals.
- Competitive Intelligence: Research the competitive landscape and share findings across the global organization.
Experience and Qualifications
- Product Commercialization: Experience with product commercialization, from customer needs to go-to-market execution
- Marketing Experience: Experience partnering with marketing to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies and programs that produce great results
- Sales Partnership: Experience supporting commercial teams selling to multiple customer segments with unique needs
- Business Expertise: Strong understanding of business value and decision-making
- Intellectual Curiosity: Intellectually curious and unafraid to analyze what’s working and what’s not, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Communication: Exceptional communicator (writing, collaborating, negotiating, persuading, public speaking, and listening) capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- AdTech Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience in the ad tech ecosystem, including familiarity with platforms, publishers, and data providers
- Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly-evolving market.
- Technical Translation: Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, with familiarity in the digital advertising ecosystem.
