THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build the future for digital publishers.

You will work alongside a small team of developers and ML engineers, across the pubX Dynamic Floor Pricing tool.

You will be comfortable working on greenfield projects, where there is high ambiguity.

You will be a key connection between the customer and development teams, and play a core role in ensuring the customer voice is heard in our development process, and that feedback is intelligently incorporated into our roadmap.

You will be as comfortable speaking with customers as you are the development team.

You will have an opportunity to innovate and bring your own ideas to bear on customer problems and will have a meaningful input on the solutions that we bring to market.

You will be working in a broadly agile process, but will have the opportunity to shape the processes and structure as the company grows.

Skills / Experience

Ability to work comfortably in a remote team.
Good communicator
3+ years experience in Product Management (ideally with remote teams)
Experience working collaboratively with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders
Experience in advertising technology
Excellent communication skills and experience building cross-team consensus
Experience of working with publisher monetisation technologies (GAM, Header Bidding, etc) would be a benefit
