We are seeking an AdOps Specialist to join our dynamic growing Global team. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring flawless execution and maximum performance for YouTube, Programmatic and Direct Campaigns by leveraging Greenbids AI-based technologies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong understanding of ad-serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and campaign analytics.
Location: Remote. We are looking for operational assistance to cover non-EU timezones. Candidate could be, eg. based in APAC or USA (Central/Pacific) to cover multiple timezones.
Fractional or Consultant candidates considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup and Management:
- Implement and manage advertising campaigns across various ad platforms (e.g., DSPs, Greenbids own platform).
- Ensure accurate trafficking, tagging, and tracking of campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather creative assets and campaign requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs through creative testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:
- Identify and resolve ad delivery or tracking discrepancies.
- Conduct regular QA checks on creative assets, tags, and platform setups.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Partner with account managers, creative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and insights.
Technology and Compliance:
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad technologies, and platform updates.
Experience/Qualifications
2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, or programmatic media buying.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with ad platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr).
- Knowledge of tag management systems and tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, DCM, or Floodlight).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic HTML/JavaScript is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
