The role
As Programmatic Manager you will manage the performance, strategy, planning, and reporting for multiple clients across the agency. The roll will require technical experience in managing complex, multi-channel programmatic campaigns – as well as the ability to deal directly with clients to discuss insights, performance trends and strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day to day trading operations across multiple campaigns.
- Deliver advanced optimisation techniques to maximise campaign performance and secure revenue growth.
- Deliver client updates and regular reporting and insights.
- Work alongside Creative Production teams to deliver an effective DCO strategy.
- Work with Product team in establishing business cases for product improvement and technical development.
- Manipulating data and highlighting actionable trends and insight to improve campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting every day technical campaign problems.
Delivering And Executing Effective Campaigns By
- Monitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target.
- Demonstrating ability to formulate tests and generate new ideas in order to generate campaign performance.
- Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc.
Helping the client develop and implement their wider display strategy through:
- Helping them achieve ‘client firsts’ – doing something new for their brands, like sophisticated dynamic prospecting or a geo focused push.
- Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety etc.) or wider display strategy
- Going the extra mile in terms of servicing – being pro-active and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after campaign
Qualifications / person specification
A strong programmatic background:
- We want someone to hit the ground running – you will need to have experience in dealing with; multiple DSPs, Ad servers, Adops trafficking and Creative troubleshooting.
- We are not just a display agency. Experience in running Video, Native, DOOH or Audio would also be a plus.
- An ability to manage multiple campaigns
- It is likely you’ll be responsible for the trading and management of multiple clients and campaigns. Keenness to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a must!

- We want you to build strong relationships with your stakeholders – (clients or colleagues in other teams).
Demonstrating an analytical and data driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail:
- We deal with lots of data, so you should be comfortable manipulating it and using it to back up your analysis and recommendations.
- Sometimes things don’t go to plan – you will need to use your initiative to try to solve problems (under-performing campaigns, discrepancies etc).
