Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Senior Publisher Development Specialist for one of our key clients, you’ll be part of a team whose goals are to evangelise products for this important partner. This includes a diverse suite of products that work inconcert to solve a number of top challenges for publishers related to monetisation including:
- Adblock revenue recovery
- Privacy & Consent Management
- Paid subscriptions, memberships, paywalls, donations, micro-payment programs
- Email acquisition
- Growing social media audiences
- Site registration for building 1st party relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the book of business, by prospecting/closing new accounts
- Continually grow, and manage a pipeline of clients taking prospects from lead to close and beyond to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Cultivate strong relationships through face to face, email and phone communication
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate publishers
- Communicate goals, results and optimisation opportunities to key stakeholders
- Attend, participate, and represent the company at industry events throughout the year
- Travel on occasion to key markets for face-to-face meetings and interactions with clients as required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience selling MarTech/AdTech software to media publishers
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The mindset of an entrepreneur; you drive change and you’re self-motivated
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
