We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:
- Own inbound & outbound prospecting, identifying potential agency & brand clients
- Book 40 meetings per quarter by engaging prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Work from a dedicated prospect list—no random cold calling! 🎯
- Leverage Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, Salesforce Engagement Manager
- Work closely with Sales Managers to nurture and pass over qualified sales opportunities
- Represent Adform at industry events and networking opportunities
Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar role in Ad Tech, SaaS, or digital marketing or media agency)
- Strong hunter mentality—you’re proactive and thrive on securing new conversations that lead to qualified meetings
- Experience using CRM & sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc. Excellent communication skills—you can confidently pitch, persuade, and close meetings
- Passion for the programmatic advertising & digital marketing space
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
